CHICKEN SPIRULINA

Healthy chicken Spirulina formula is roasted with Spirulina spp. No. 1 on Earth. This seasoned dish is very suitable for chicken lovers to enjoy a light dinner.


About four services.

Mixed ingredients:

Two large chicken breasts, boneless

1 Big Carrot

1 onion, chopped

1 cup light cream (half and half)

1 cups of warm water

3 tablespoons of flour

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon butter

1 tbsp Earthrise < Spirulina platensis

1-1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Explain:


Peel carrots and cut them into thin circles


In a pan, boil carrots in hot water.


Cut each chicken breast in half (remove white tendons) and cut each chicken in half


Using a kitchen mallet, mash each piece to about 1/2 "thick"


In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper.


Spread chicken nuggets with flour mixture


In a large frying pan, heat olive oil and butter


Cook the chicken till it turns brown on all sides.


If necessary, add extra butter and/or olive oil


Place chicken on a plate


Set the heat to medium and cook onions until soft.


Add chili powder and cook for 1 minute.


Add half and half while stirring.


Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until it gets thicker


Turn off the fire, add Spirulina, stir vigorously


Pour the sauce over the chicken and decorate it with carrot sticks.
