This Spirulina Meatloaf recipe is a very easy and won’t take long to make at all, and it’s quite delicious. Spirulina mixes well with meatloaf and adds a bit more nutrients to the dish.
Makes approximately 8 Servings.
Ingredients:
18 Button Mushrooms, Chopped
2 Pounds of Ground Beef
1/4 Pound of Ham, Chopped
2 Eggs
2 Bunches of Fresh Parsley
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Large White Onion
1 Red Pepper
1-1/2 Cups of Bread Crumbs
2 Tablespoons of Earthrise® Spirulina
2 teaspoons of Shoyu
1 teaspoon of Red Wine
1/2 teaspoon of Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of Black Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Beat the eggs
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix very well
Pack the mixture into a loaf shaped pan
Bake for 1-1/2 hours
