Energy Balls are the perfect healthy treat! These balls are great for a satisfying snack, pre/post workout bite or breakfast on the go. Adding ingredients like dried fruit and other seeds or nuts makes them very customizable as well!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Serving Size: 10-12 balls 

Ingredients:

- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/8 cup cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped dates
- 1/8 cup flax seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp spirulina
- 1/8 cup almond milk

Directions:

Add all ingredients except almond milk into food processor. Pulse until mixed. Put on medium or high until dough is formed. Add almond milk if it is too think. 

Using your hands, roll into balls and place onto baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate or freeze for 1-2 hours.
