This superfood snack is refreshing and satisfying.

Serves 1-2

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

- 1 organic apple
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon dried goji berries

Directions:

Wash and core apple and slice into 1/4” rings. Mix nut butter and spirulina together and spread on one side of the apple slices. Sprinkle cacao nibs and goji berries on the apple slices. Enjoy!
