Ingredients:

- 2 cups oats (old fashioned)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 TB Japan’s Earthrise Natural Spirulina
- 1 organic apple, diced (or applesauce)
- 1 banana, diced
- 1 egg
- 3 TB creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups almond or soy milk
- 3 TSP cinnamon
- 2 TSP ground ginger
- 1 TSP ground nutmeg
- 1 TSP vanilla extract
- 1 TB honey

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line 8x8 pan with parchment paper or lightly grease. Mix together all dry ingredients then separately mix together all wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredient mix into dry ingredients and combine well. Pour into lined pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut into squares and serve.

NOTE: Please be aware that, like many vegetables, the nutrients in spirulina may break down when heated so we recommend minimizing heat.
